The Nutrition consultation
The first consultation will be anywhere from 75 to 90 minutes.
During your consultation, the student nutritional therapist will take your case history and ask questions in relation to mental, emotional, and physical health in order to understand the symptoms you might be experiencing to build a complete picture of your overall health and wellbeing. The student will also look at medical history, family history, stress, and lifestyle habits.
At the end of your consultation;
– a personalised nutritional programme will be sent to you by email within 72 working hours.
– the student nutritional therapist will suggest and book a follow up appointment
The student will be guided and supported by a professional nutritional therapist and all nutritional programmes and advise will be reviewed and signed by the professional nutritional therapist. The professional nutritional therapist belongs to a recognised association and will have at least 5 years of clinical experience.

Follow up consultations will be anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes.
The student nutritional therapist will review your progress. This will entail asking about your dietary changes, any possible new symptoms, improvements etc.

£45 for the the first consultation and £35 for follow ups.. The fee also includes a summary report to be emailed within 72 working hours. This does not include any nutritional supplements and/or functional tests that may be recommended.
We require a 48hour cancellation notice. A full fee is incurred for any appointments cancelled/re-scheduled within the 48hrs period of a booked session.
Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based therapy to promote health and wellbeing. However, you should not stop any medication or take any supplementation until you have discussed it with your General Medical Practitioner.
